The Fieldhouse Premier Basketball League (competitive team league)

The playground pick-up games of our childhood have given way to the more structured youth programs prevalent today. The Fieldhouse Premier Basketball Leagues offer the finest competitive environment in youth basketball for these programs and teams.  Each grade level offers A, B, and C Divisions where appropriate to insure your team is able to compete and develop at the level best-suited for their developmental needs. This attention to detail has earned The Fieldhouse leagues the nationwide reputation as the best experience available in competitive league play.

Each league season consists of an 8 game regular season plus a single elimination, seeded championship tournament.  League play is offered year 'round.  Team entry fees are $425 per season.*

*Non-USSSA teams must pay a one-time annual $25 dues fee to cover league sanctioning and insurance fees which are good through 7/31/2010.

Fieldhouse Stars Rec League (player development league)

Looking for a league for your young non-travel ball player to learn and compete? The Fieldhouse Stars Rec League is designed specifically for individual players. We believe that youth sports is about far more than winning games and that "elite" travel teams, especially at the youngest age groups, can have a detrimental effect on encouraging young players to stay active and continue to develop their passion for sport and a healthy lifestyle. The Stars league allows our youngest players the opportunity to play even after they may have been told they are "not good enough" -- a situation that we, as parents, probably did not have to face until we were teenagers but the reality that our children are often facing as early as second grade! Ignore that nonsense and keep your player in the game as a Fieldhouse Star!

The Fieldhouse staff will place players on teams. Parents, here is your chance to be involved -- teams are coached by volunteer parents. Each team will generally receive one practice and one game per week for the 8 game season. Individual cost is $95 per player and includes authentic Fieldhouse-Merrillville jersey!
